Tonight as I was trying to get my kids to sleep, I noticed a bible in
my kid's room. The interesting thing was that the Bible was
printed in China. How ironic is that. We spend so much time trying to
get the Word of God into that country. It is amazing that it is being
made right there so unbelievably close to those who would give anything to
have a half a page of the Bible, much less a whole copy of God's Word.
There is such need for these words of life to the oppressed people of
China especially in light of the deception with the Olympics coming up.
We will be fed a picture of a great culture, when behind the scenes there is great suffering going on. Let us not forget those who are huddled together in homes, preaching the gospel under the threat of imprisonment, torture, and even death. Let us not forget those. And let us not forget those missionaries who toil for the souls of the lost in China.
